High-rise elevator with steel wire rope (elevator with steel wire rope rope method) When installing the elevator, the steel wire rope in the high-rise is a skill, then how to put the steel wire rope in the corresponding position?

1) The main equipment of the elevator has been installed, the car chassis has been corrected, and the safety clamp has clamped the guide rail.

2) Assemble a heavy-duty frame on the top floor with the car (the counterweight block is not placed for the time being), and lift the frame with the hand hoist.

3) Outside the hall on the top floor, set up a temporary rope rack. Put each bundle of wire rope on the rope rack. The rope rack should be flexible and convenient to put the rope.

4) Make the rope head of the wire rope first, and fix the wire rope on the rope head plate of the machine room from the rope frame → square wood → car top wheel → guide wheel → counterweight wheel → rope head according to the requirements.

5) Check the elevator shaft so that the counterweight frame can slide without obstacles. And mark the sliding position of the frame at the bottom of the well or set up temporary support to ensure the accuracy of the length of the wire rope.

6) After the heavy frame slides to the specified position, use the wire rope on the top hand hoist to clamp each wire rope to prevent the frame from sliding. Then make a rope head at the other end, hang on the rope head board to fix, and end the rope.

7) Personnel: two people in the machine room are responsible for the rope brake device; Each bundle shall be laid out by a master; In order to ensure that the rope speed is consistent, one person is responsible for the command; A patrolman stationed outside the tunnel ran down the stairs and used his walkie-talkie to report where the frame had slipped and the tightness of each rope.
